Developing Your Leadership Skills

An interactive and introspective workshop designed to help you, and your leaders, understand and identify what it takes to be a leader.

A full day program, or better spread out over a day and a half, participants will look at what a leader is, what skills are needed to become a leader, and how they can put them to work in their own lives.

Most of us don't REALLY know how to work together in a team. Also, we don't understand the different dynamics and personalities of our team members. Only a real look at how teams work, and what the different skill-sets are being brought to a team, will you know if a team is going to be effective.

To be successful, you need to understand each member of the team.

This team building program is a day and a half and should be conducted as an over-night retreat. Getting away from the usual, familiar surroundings is most conducive to learning and developing your team.

A seminar designed to help us see leadership principles in action. Taking a look at different events in American History we can a learn many leadership lessons.

From the failures and successes of General George Washington, to the tragedy at Gettysburg, to the lonely leadership of Abraham Lincoln.

History is a great teacher - we should learn from it!
